Forty Plus could be just another job board, but this one has some history behind it, decades ago a whole grass roots organization was formed to help people who were hired directly out of college into their first job, who then worked for a while and found themselves laid off, back in the job market without having experienced it in the first place, most over 40, hense the name. Now, some members of that organization have come together to show experienced professionals, managers, and executives to find their way thru the maze to their next job and make it the best job ever.
